How to Fall in Love?

Today, we know that we got to be bombarded about 7 times on social media before we choose to take an action of choosing a product or a service for our use. Cool!

Attention spans are less, and the exposure is way too much for us to sustain interest in anything for too long! Granted.

So, in this scenario, how does one fall in love?

Isn’t falling in love somewhat like developing a sustained interest in someone, goading us to choose that person for special attention, to take risks while investing in that person?

So, wont it make sense to go back to the game of wooing, which our forebears did so well, so concentratedly, over so long?

And remember, interest in one must eliminate interest in others. You got to go all in. You got to try your best, and not just play a game of chance. There can be no back up plan. Love that is so prized is a creature of passion. Of strong feelings. Back-up plans can only sabotage your case of falling in love.

So, dear friend, go all in. Jump in headlong once you feel that initial spark of passion. Make yourself seen and heard. With regularity, with discipline. Yes, you heard that right. Discipline works everywhere. To get ace results. In everything.

Respect the loved one. Don’t lunge over boundaries. Put the loved one on a pedestal. Do for him/her what pleases them the most. After all, it is through that chosen one that you seek to taste a slice of heaven on earth.

Be patient with the lover. Give it time and focus. Do not waver, do not dither.

And thus my friends, it is the old fashioned value system that will get us the timeless love. Old fashioned is a misnomer. Rather we should call it timeless.

For love, like time, is an ethereal entity. Don’t expect to enjoy it while being distracted, hurried or unfocussed.

Slow down, let it happen.

Wish you all great loving!
